Deep Sector Experience
Kai began his career with Shell International and subsequently held corporate, operational and project roles with BG Group across the UK, Kazakhstan and Australia.
His experience includes major LNG development, production operations, operational readiness, integrated operations, infrastructure strategy, project assurance, technology implementation and resource commercialisation.
He later led Operational Excellence consulting activities across Asia-Pacific and has worked with clients and investors on complex technical, operational and commercial decisions across the resources and energy sectors.
